Please prayer for this local wounded warrior

Friends,

Every time I hear about a young warrior being gravely injured while fighting for our freedoms, I am sad and overwhelmed at the same time.  What drives these men and women to risk their lives for this country except an intense sense of duty, and the love for America?

Please put Casey Wacasey on your prayer list, along with the lists in your Bible studies and churches.  Casey is a 19 year old man from Hughes Springs, and his grandmother, Barbara Murphy, is the Director of Nursing at the Pleasant Springs nursing facility.

Yesterday Casey stepped on a landmine.  He lost his right leg, broke his left leg and has other injuries.  His family is thankful he is alive and will be sent back to the state once he is stable.

I know the Lord is the great physician, and can heal and restore Casey, but he has a long road of recovery ahead of him.  Pray for him and his family that they will feel God's presence as they face the next few months surgery and rehabilitation.

Sue
