Early voting begins

Early Voting July 23  -27

Dear Patriots,

I have kept the 4th of July Theme to remind you of your patriotic DUTY to VOTE. Runoff Election Day is Tuesday, July 31, 2012.  Please forward this information to any of your neighbors or friends in Titus County.

You MUST vote in the Same Primary Party that you voted in on the May 29 Election....BUT if you did not vote in May, you can still cast a ballot in the Party of your choice in the Run Off.

This election may come down to very few votes per polling place so you can make the difference in the winner of the election.   Think about this...only 50% of our whole population who are eligible to vote are even Registered to vote.  Only 50% of those who registered are considered regular voters, and usually an election will be decided by 8% to 13% of the population!  In addition, so many people are on vacation right now, thinking about other things, tired of voting or just NOT VOTING!  Therefore, YOUR VOTE will make an impact on the final results.

I have attached a sample ballot for you to see. The first ballot on the PDF is for everyone except those who live in Commissioner Precinct 1.  The second ballot is for all voters who do live in Commissioner Precinct 1

For voting location information on Election day, please go to our Titus GOP web site  http://k3bg.com/TitusGOP/TitusGOP.htm

See you at the Polls!

Sue Evenwel, Chairman
