Fallen Quitman soldier, Sgt. Joshua Powell, will come home on Sunday with arrival at Pounds Field in Tyler scheduled at 9 a.m. The procession will travel from Tyler to Mineola on Hwy. 69 and then Hwy. 37 to Quitman.
