It is time to elect a TRUE Conservative and send Matt Beebe to represent District 121
2012 HD121 Ground Game Plan
The purpose of the plan is to organize the conservative groups in Texas into a coordinated effort to elect Matt Beebe as the Representative of Texas House District 121. - Each group should coordinate within their group to send as many individuals as possible to HD121 to block walk for Candidate Beebe. The start date is NOW. The group should decide when would be their optional time to go to San Antonio and work as many hours as possible.
- Check the Google Calendar: HERE Then select a date that is not already taken by more than 20 volunteers and we will accommodate your requirements. Once the decision has been made to join the canvassing team in HD 121, please notify us before you work out your travel plans so that we can have an up to date calendar.
- Email OUSTstraus@mail.com with the following information:
- Name and contact information of the leader.
- Names of participants and cell phone numbers if they have one. Also how many smart phones available in the group.
- Date and estimated times they have selected to participate. Be sure to include arrival and departure times.
- Shar will provide the leader with information on where to gather once on site in San Antonio and the name and contact information of their General for their operation. The General will provide all necessary information for the volunteers to be effective in their endeavor. If you have a smart phone or tablet pc, please have it with you. There will also be short Webinar training for teams - 3-5 days before leaving so all know exact process.
- We will make every effort to have all the tools you will need, except a smart phone and a tablet pc.
- If you group will spend a night in San Antonio and you would like us to coordinate rooms we will make every effort to accommodate you.
- Data that you gather in you walks will be returned to the General when you shift is complete.
